General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
General terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of Positioning Pillows and products through Germa, Industrigatan 54-56, SE-291 36 Kristianstad, Sweden (hereinafter called Germa). Different conditions of the buyer are not valid unless other terms have been explicitly agreed upon in written form by Germa. By placing an order, the customer agrees with these general terms and conditions.

Satisfaction Guarante
On purchasing products from Germa we guarantee your customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and return the goods to us as soon as possible. A return shipping fee will be charged.
Contractual language
We provide all information including contracts and, customer service agreements in English.
Prices
All given prices are gross prices (Excluding Value Added Tax, VAT, import fee and other local tax). Prices do not include shipping costs or insurance costs. Distance contracts show a final price including VAT, freight cost and packaging is shown when an order is placed. Prices are subject to change.
EU member customers are requested to inform us of their VAT registration number to avoid Swedish VAT tax on top of the product cost. Errors and omissions may occur.
Shipment costs
Standard shipment 35 Euro within EU and 80 Euro to the US.
Returns Policy
Products returned within one (1) month of the order date will be refunded by original payment method. Any cancellation of order or return must be sent in writing to Germa by email: info@germa.se
Our customers have the right to withdraw from any purchase without stating reasons within a period of 14 days (14 workdays) upon receipt of the ordered products. The cancellation should be sent in writing by email to Germa Protec within this period of time.
In case of cancellation, reimbursement of the purchase price takes place on return of the goods. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in good condition. For goods that have signs of wear and tear, Germa will charge a suitable compensation fee for the decrease in value. The same applies if equipment or components of the returned goods are missing.

PayPal Returns & Exchanges
Returns orders made through PayPal are not different than our normal return policies.
- Returns must be made within one (1) month in order to obtain the return credit back into your PayPal account.
- Exchanges cannot be accepted –
if you need to make an exchange, we can give you a refund or credit for your return and then we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want.

Delivery
If the customer receives goods that have been damaged during delivery, the customer has to claim it at the delivery service with immediate effect, in order to receive a replacement delivery free of charge from Germa.
Online Ordering
Orders are only valid if all mandatory fields in the order form marked with * are correctly filled out. Before submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to edit the information. As soon as Germa has received the order, our customer will be issued an order confirmation by e-mail. A contract is concluded only after acceptance by Germa, at the latest with delivery of the goods.
The order information is temporarily stored for a period of 12 months by GermaProtec and a copy should be printed or stored by the customer.
In case of electronic errors (calculation, spelling, literal or transmission errors), Germa reserves the right to decline the order.
Payment
All online store customers can make their payments by credit card, such as VISA or MasterCard, or by a PayPal account.
All payments are handled via our safe payment service provided by PayPal were Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is used to protect your personal information and credit card number.
Delivery will be carried out on confirmation of receipt of payment.
Title retention
The ownership of the delivered goods remains with Germa until full payment has been received.
Liability and compensation
The liability conforms to the legally specified period of time. In case of liability, the customer receives a replacement delivery free of charge after the return of the goods. In case of damages of the goods, all compensation granted is equal to the value of the goods.

Severability clause
Swedish law is applicable. In case that any clause of this contract is or becomes invalid, the remaining clauses of this contract remain unaffected there over.
Product illustrations
Any variations in the images on the website or in e-mail offers regarding the products are negligible.
Improvements and modifications
GermaProtec reserves the right to make product modifications without prior notice, if these modifications constitute an improvement in quality.
